Booking an appointment is quick and easy! Just visit our website, pick your service, select a time that works for you, and confirm your booking.

Client Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
As an appointment-based business, each time slot is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute openings are difficult to fill. This policy helps protect your slot and ensures fairness for all clients.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your appointment up to 5 working days (Monday–Friday) before your booking.
Rescheduling within the same month will carry your booking fee/deposit (50% of total service cost) to the new date.
Rescheduling to a different month will require a new booking fee/deposit.
Cancellations:
More than 5 working days’ notice: Your booking fee/deposit (50% of total service cost) will be forfeited. If you prepaid for your service in full and cancel, you will receive a refund minus the booking fee/deposit, products purchased, and card processing fees.
Less than 5 working days’ notice: This will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full service cost and any products will be due from the card on file.
Products purchased are non-refundable and payable in full in all cases.
No-shows & Late Arrivals:
If you do not attend your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full service fee will be charged.
Last-Minute Availability:
For urgent changes, feel free to WhatsApp, text, or call — I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Please note:
All appointments require a card on file. This ensures your reserved time is protected and helps maintain smooth scheduling for all clients.
Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

No, we are appointment-only. This ensures you receive focused attention in a calm and private setting.

Yes, we are fully insured with AXA, giving you peace of mind that your service is covered in a professional and protected environment.

We understand that sometimes schedules or unexpected situations arise. While we don’t offer regular out-of-hours availability, we may be able to accommodate urgent or emergency appointments depending on workload. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or call to discuss your needs. A surcharge applies for all out-of-hours or emergency bookings.

No, we do not offer mobile appointments. All services are provided at our studio to ensure you receive the best care in a professional and fully equipped setting.

Yes, we provide hair services for children aged 7 and up. We make the experience as gentle and comfortable as possible.

No, pricing is the same for children and adults. Children’s hair can take just as much, if not more time, effort, and skill due to hair volume, texture, and necessary breaks. The same level of professional care is applied to every client.

Yes, we do! If your wig is from another source, we recommend a consultation to make sure it’s in good condition and suitable for the style you want.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own. We only accept pre stretched hair. If you're unsure what type or amount you’ll need, feel free to ask us for guidance before your appointment.

Nope! This is your time to chill. I’ve got everything under control, so there’s no need to pass hair or lend a hand. Just relax, catch up on your shows, scroll, snack, or work, you’re in good hands.

Yes! You can book 1 to 1 sessions, group sessions or event session. Simply contact us to discuss your requirements.
Location, Transport & Comfort

We are based in Chelmsford, Essex (postcode CM1 2HB) in a private home studio. Full address and access details will be provided in your booking confirmation email

Yes, there is free unrestricted parking. More information will be included in your booking confirmation.

Several buses travel directly from Chelmsford train station to our location. The C2 bus drops you off just a 3-minute walk away.
Please note: Chelmsford is not in the Oyster card zone—the scheme ends at Shenfield—so you’ll need a separate train ticket to reach us.

Yes, you're welcome to bring or order food whilst your here. You can also work or relax during your appointment. We want you to feel at ease while you're here.
