BEFORE YOU BOOK
Good to Know
01 Braiding hair is included
Pre-stretched Expression braiding hair in colours 1, 1B, 2 and 4 is included in most braiding services.
02 Deposit and card on file
A deposit secures your booking, and a card on file is required. The balance is paid on the day by bank transfer/apple/google pay.
03 Bringing your own hair?
Please drop it off at least three working days before your appointment, not counting weekends.
04 Book up to ten weeks ahead
Advance booking is recommended. Same-day appointments are sometimes available, so please send a message as early as possible on whatsapp.

Evenings from 6:30pm, and Fridays and Saturdays twice a month. Available by request, with priority given to regular clients.

Appointments are scheduled online for your convenience. Simply select your service, choose a date and time, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details including directions to your chosen location.
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This varies depending on your total service cost and will be deducted from your final balance, with the remainder due on the day.
This fee will be deducted from the final cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service.
A 10-minute grace period is offered if you're running late. After that a £10 late fee will apply. After 15 minutes your appointment may need to be shortened or adjusted to avoid impacting the next client.Need to reschedule?
If you reschedule on time to an appointment date within the same month, your original booking fee will carry over.
If you move your appointment to another month, a new booking fee will be required.
Reschedules can only be done once. After this, a new appointment will be required.

No shows will be charged 100% of the total service fee. By booking, you agree to this.

Free parking is available along Moulsham Street for up to 60 minutes.
There are also several nearby car parks including Moulsham Street Car Park and Parkway Public Car Park.
Please allow yourself enough time to park and make your way to your appointment.
📍 Private Studio, Chelmsford, CM1
Fridays and Saturdays
Free parking is available nearby and the C2 bus stop is just a 2 to 3 minute walk away.
Please come alone to your appointment unless otherwise agreed, to keep the environment calm and focused.

NEW CLIENTS
New to Hair by Rose?
Every new client starts with a short consultation. My priority is always the health of your hair, so I like to understand it properly before we choose a style. We'll chat about your hair's history, your routine, how it's feeling right now and the look you have in mind. From there, I can recommend the service that will look beautiful and keep your hair healthy, so there are no surprises on the day.
01 Just 10 to 15 minutes
A relaxed, friendly chat that fits easily into your day.
02 Virtual or in person
Virtual consultations usually have the most availability and are ideal if life is busy. You can even book one on your lunch break.
03 Evening times available
Evening consultations at 7:30pm or 8pm are available, depending on my schedule.
04 £10, taken off your appointment
The £10 consultation fee comes off your appointment when you book within two weeks.
