Services and
Appointments

Appointments are scheduled online for your convenience. Simply select your service, choose a date and time, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details including directions to your chosen location.

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This varies depending on your total service cost and will be deducted from your final balance, with the remainder due on the day.

This fee will be deducted from the final cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Payment methods: Cash, Bank transfer or online payment in full.

A 10-minute grace period is offered if you're running late. After that a £10 late fee will apply. After 15 minutes your appointment may need to be shortened or adjusted to avoid impacting the next client.

Need to reschedule?

• If you reschedule on time to an appointment date within the same month, your original booking fee will carry over.

• If you move your appointment to another month, a new booking fee will be required.
