Appointments can be booked directly through our website. Choose your service, select a time, and follow the steps to confirm your booking with a deposit.

Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. However, clients may reschedule up to 72 hours before their appointment, with the new date falling within 4 weeks of the original.

No, pricing is the same for children and adults. Children’s hair can take just as much—if not more—time, effort, and skill due to hair volume, texture, and necessary breaks. The same level of professional care is applied to every client.

Yes, we do! If your wig is from another source, we recommend a consultation to make sure it’s in good condition and suitable for the style you want.

Yes, there is free unrestricted parking. More information will be included in your booking confirmation.

Several buses travel directly from Chelmsford train station to our location. The C2 bus drops you off just a 3-minute walk away.
Please note: Chelmsford is not in the Oyster card zone—the scheme ends at Shenfield—so you’ll need a separate train ticket to reach us.
